Being in front of the camera is awkward, right?

We get that. Our job is to capture you (and your fiancé) in a way that is beautiful and stylized WHILE also authentic to who you are off-camera.
One way we do this is pose you, then allow you two a little time to move and interact, giving you as much or as little direction as is needed. It's so cool to see couples go from the awkward first five minutes to absolutely SLAYING the modeling game. 🔥🔥🔥

They can help you figure out what you want, book vendors, and create a timeline to help your day run smoothly. That creates a lot of peace on your wedding day.
If that is out of your budget, we recommend asking an organized family member or friend to step in on the wedding day and keep things on track (Bride and Mom-of-Bride, y’all have enough to think about).
This support person can help keep the schedule moving smoothly and handle the little problems that inevitably arise, so you can relax and enjoy the day with your favorite people. 🥂
H+T all started in 2015 (the same year we got married) with a few photography clients (my wife’s), and a job in the media department of a local church. Over the course of several years, I learned as much as I could about video and design.
I joined my wife (who was then Leah Nicole Photography), and we made something new: Heirloom and Time. Since then, our lives have taken a few twists and turns. We take on a limited amount of photography weddings, and we focus most of our time on cinematic wedding films for the deeply-in-love.
Weddings are a big deal, and we love laughing with you through the awkward feelings, supporting you through the overwhelm, and using our time together to make something you will treasure for the rest of your lives.
The wedding cake is just a bonus 😉.
