48 hours later running on 3 hours of sleep 100lbs of brisket 10 whole chickens a box of sausage a couple racks of ribs a partridge in a pear tree 1dam brisket that still doesn’t want to go over 169 degrees I am physically done for the weekend. Contacts are cloudy from the smoke.
Thank you to everyone that ordered I’ll be back at it for next Sunday Si Dios Quiere. To my Daughter Mercedes Salazar i thank you for always backing me up when I need you to slice briskets package stuff up load and deliver.
