LONG POST. This is the part of the inflatable business that you don’t see. The time in between rentals where we have to do deep cleaning. These units cost lots of money. These are our investments. We do our best in between shifts to clean and prepare them for next drop offs. We are also firemen. So that means we are gone a full day or two at a time. We figure out ways to make sure all of our inventory is ready to go at a moments notice. This unit was dropped off and upon pick up we noticed black water inside and leaves and all sorts of other things in and on it. When we drop off our units we expect that you will take care of them. Understand that after we drop off and pick up from you that there will be someone else renting the same unit. We have began to drop off rule sheets to customers so that they understand our expectations. We go out of our way to be flexible and affordable for people. We have had people sneak behind our backs and add water, have food inside the bounces, confetti etc. we have been told that our prices are too high but we have done extensive research to make sure we are market value. This is why we charge what we charge. For maintenance, for cleaning, for replenishing supplies, buying new inventory, time away from family, friends, missing events etc. We haven’t charged deposits or other fees so that we can remain affordable. With that being said going forward we will be changing up policies and procedures. Thank you for your support! God bless. Gravity Party Rentals.
