- DAY OF COORDINATION WILL NO LONGER BE AVAILABLE. With Fresh Capsule Vibes LLC, it just does not make sense. We feel it will not completely fulfill your vision and we want to ensure we set you up for success NOT STRESS!

FRIENDLY REMINDER FOR VIDEOGRAPHY CLIENTS:

- RAW VIDEOS are no longer offered. Sending over our raw files is highly advised for PROFESSIONALS only. You need to have the right software and education to successfully open the files and play them. We unfortunately also do not have the bandwidth to educate clients once these files are sent, so we feel it is best to just include UNEDITED video clips to the appropriate packages. **NOT ALL OF OUR PACKAGES INCLUDE THIS OFFERING.

AND LASTLY, PHOTOGRAPHY:
- We include ALL of the BEST edited digital images in your gallery. If you do not see a specific pose, it is most likely because that specific image did not make the cut.

We are sometimes set in horrific lighting and/or situations where even the best software cannot save the life of a photo.

We’re so excited to hear about potential clients wanting to meet with us before making a big decision!

During our consults, I love to get as much information as possible to ensure we’re the perfect vibe! I prep and include valuable consultation notes and make myself available for any questions before and even after we meet!

With that being said, we will be charging for a consultation session. And if all goes perfect, that consultation fee gets credited towards any of the packages you decide on booking us for.

Happy Sunday, Loves.

2024 has been a roller coaster. Initially, it started slow, then it raced to being a busy and successful year.

Unfortunately, we did have a few clients who suffered some life changes and had to reschedule. One couple had to cancel.

With that said, we want to point out on the IMPORTANCE on protecting not only our clients, but OUR business with detailed contracts.

The MOST important line in our contracts is the RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION clause. Without it, we'd have to close our doors.

We are understanding and flexible, however is still running a business to protect us in the event something happens throughout the year, ESPECIALLY during Wedding Season. Please be mindful -- September through November is pretty much hardcore for us. It is OUR busiest months and for some of us, are the months we won't be able to see our families for a while.

We appreciate the love, support, and consideration for you all!
