It’s not just the presentation, although I strive to create beautiful, memorable moments! Getting to know each client is a fun, unique journey. One of my lovely new clients hit me with a double whammy 😂😭🫶🏻 She trusted me to not only create a gorgeous spread for a beautiful bridal shower they were hosting, then turned around and ordered individual charcuterie cups for a sweet Galentines party!

Another beautiful night at Holiday Party! This island counter is *H U G E*, but we made sure it was easy to graze on from any angle.

Multiple requests from some out the staff to make more goat cheese stuffed, prosciutto wrapped dates- so we made like 6-7 dozen.

KICKING myself for not taking after photos, but this fed about 75 with a few small pastry boxes of leftovers.

Shoutout to my best gal pal ! If you’ve met Jamie, you know she’s the sweetest, most helpful, problem solving Queen around. ✨

We met years ago before we were both mamas, and reconnected a few years back. Our friendship has blossomed just as much as our cheese queen skills have sharpened. She and another gal (Ashley !) worked an event Monday evening and I received stellar compliments on these ladies! No surprise there though, I know I have the best part timer’s to jump in and help when needed. 🫶🏻

Late night dreaming of this specific mix from last week. This was a special moment in life where paths become over lapping moments in time.

In college, I worked at as a server!! I loved working there. From the wide variety of options, to scratch made sauces, to the times no one k🤬lled me for brewing the hot coffee without checking if the spigot was closed first.. or dropping full containers of freshly made dressings or lemons 😅😅

I also worked there while pregnant, and by golly they take care of the mamas with all the cravings. One of the kitchen managers was amazing. Strict, organized, and always willing to jump in and help her team.

So imagine my surprise, when over a decade later, I am working in the same building as Emma again. After pumping out hundreds of turkeys & thanksgiving meals with x , she took home a board from ME!

Trust me, I’m sure we both got a kick out of “how the tables have turned”. All those shifts running food & watching expo turned me into a little chaotic perfectionist with my garnish ✨
