Everyone has been asking “When is the best time to schedule Spring Photos?”
The answer is — NOW. Hard to believe with Snow predicted for next week, but that’s usually a 1 day - 1 week deal and P**f ITS SPRING!! 🌸
I have a 2 week trip planned overseas, I’m completely filling up February.
March will come fast. Spring Break is crazy and I will be in Ramadan (limited availability), so next thing you know it’s the end of March and April—
Prime Wildflower Season. Sunny days are coming SOON.

Saturday night Daniel Grove got a studio and invited me & Daniel Ramero with one of my other friends. We threw on some makeup and ran downtown to play photo swap.
It was so much fun and I always love working with other talents.

Man, I skipped posting this absolutely awesome family because well…
This was the last shoot I had my camera bag.
It’s been over a month and I can finally come to terms. It’s just ironic and incredible how God works in my life. It was all meant to be.
This family is not any family… this is one of my favorite women I met this year and one of my trainers at the gym. She makes me sweat, she makes me work hard, but at the end of the day she’s one of my biggest cheerleaders and makes me a better person.
When you find another women who you feel seen by, who lifts you up, who you can text about macros at all hours, you’ve won a prize.
So, meeting and photographing her family was absolutely a highlight of my Fall season.
It was partially because I was so excited to spend the evening with her that my bag got away from me.
I am so excited to post family now because some things have changed since this day.
1. I love her and her family even more.
2. I have AirTags for everything
3. I have all new gear and it’s better than before (thank you Facebook market, thank you friends who helped me and thank you to kind people who were getting rid of things)
4. The last thing— I am not ready to share, but losing my entire business in a single bag got me thinking about my whole life for a minute. I felt like God was telling me something that I needed to listen to. So, I’m doing something different. I am trying something new and when it all comes together, inshallah it will all be absolutely wonderful.
Find your tribe. I am kinda a lone wolf. I don’t always do well with circles, but has become part of my family.
I wouldn’t change it.

Happiest of birthdays to
He’s seriously one of the kindest humans I know.
He is the one I refer my clients to when I am booked or in an emergency. He’s the one I drag as my second or my videographer to any wedding possible.
He’s a great husband ( correct me if I’m wrong!) He’s a dad of a whole tribe of cute children.
He is devoted to his relationship with God. Even when we differ in our faith, he is noble and we have respect for one another always.
He is one of the best in the whole industry and if you don’t know this funny, sweet, talented guy, you are missing out!! My business is better because has been part of it!
If you see him with me, you should know that magic is being made!! 📸📸📸

As 2024 is ending…
WHAT A YEAR!
I learned, I grew , I lost my whole camera bag!
I had some of the most amazing clients, I had some hiccups along the way.
As I enter my 15th year, I am just so grateful to every single one of you!
Thank you for the little hearts on each square.
I remember when I didn’t know my camera settings, I remember when I was scared of a wedding, I was afraid of artificial light and avoided it like the plague…
I remember when I didn’t have any photographer friends and when I thought I wouldn’t get booked another day…
I remember being scared to death to quit my full-time career and pursue my love of photos!
Those days are behind me. Thank God.
I go into my sessions fearlessly. I love my job wholly.
I am deeply deeply thankful. I love my people!
I found one of the best makeup artists in the city. I found all the studios. I found all the hidden gems across our city.
I have a whole tribe behind me. I help other women in the business and I am always finding new ways to move forward creatively and humbly.
In this last week of 2024, I hope all of you find time for your family, time to make a few more memories and time to treasure the little things.
In my last month of my 30s, I got some photos of my own. I have plans of my own. I am so excited to see what’s next for me. ✌🏻🫶🏻📸

I don’t quite have the words to say how special this family is.
One day back in middle school I met a guy friend of a friend.
15 years ago today, I met this beautiful lady at her own wedding to him.
She was immediately one of the sweetest women I ever met.
12 Holiday seasons ago, she asked me to be her photographer.
Little did I know she would come back to me….
From the very beginning with a cheap canon rebel and no knowledge of my settings 😵💫
To now one of the top in San Antonio. 🙌🏻
This year, she remained my longest VIP client.
12 years of capturing these sweet girls— from their births, every Christmas season and in between!!
I’m so honored and Wow, my work has changed!!!

It was nearly impossible to choose which photos were my favorite from wedding day!
From her unique, vintage and perfectly styled wedding dress to the aesthetic of the to her charming and kind new husband… I can’t even tell you how lovely the whole evening was. I loved her genuine smile, the lights through the city and every bit of this shoot.

I'm a full-time mom of 3, living in the suburbs of NW San Antonio, Texas in a town named “Helotes.”
I have been a hobbiest photographer most of my life, but started working as a full-time business in February 2018.
I have fallen in love with doing photos for families, children, seniors and sometimes I snag a wedding or special event. I have specialized in families and portraits because those are the sessions I thrive on and have the most fun with.
I am an heirloom photographer. This means that my clients never walk away with digital files that lay to rest in an old desk drawer. Each of my clients walk away with tangible items to have as visual memories in their home for many years to come!
I love vibrant, artistic, candid, and natural photos. I strive to capture each clients unique personalities in my photos and provide the friendliest and most fun outdoor photo sessions.
I LOVE what I do, but I do have fees...
A traditional family shoot will cost $250 for a 1 hour on location session. Session fee must be paid upon booking to reserve your date and time!
I will help you every step of the way to plan your shoot.
I meet my clients an average of FOUR times to get planned and complete your full-service photography experience.
The Pre-Session Consultation
We will plan your session. I prefer to meet in-person to review the details and expectations for your big day. We will discuss wardrobe, location, products and cover any questions you may have.
2. The Photography Session
We will meet on-location for 1-1.5 hours to have a fun and magical photography experience.
3. The Reveal & Ordering Session
Typically it takes me approximately 1-2 weeks to cull, complete hand-editing your images, and prepare them to deliver to you. I will come to your home or a chosen meeting space and let you see your finished images for the first time. We will one-by-one go through your images and choose which ones you’d like in print or product form.
4. The Delivery
Finally, your products have arrived! This may take 2-4 weeks depending on the products you chose to order. I will inspect, wrap and prepare your products for delivery! Then, I come like Santa and hand-deliver your photography products to you!
5. The Result
You live happily ever after with custom photo art and heirlooms for your family and call me again when you are ready for a wonderful time and more keepsakes!
