Our Story

Hey folks! I'm Roberto Midence, owner of Reds, Whites and Brews. I'm an 8 year Air Force veteran and a Culinary Chef graduated from the Arts Institute. My life-long dream had been to open up a restaurant that would feature recipes with influences from around the globe. With the help of my two daughters, we’ve created a restaurant with a cozy atmosphere, a great wine and beer selection and delicious food. Our walls feature art from local and international painters, if you love a painting take it home! All proceeds go to the artist. If you are in the neighborhood, stop by and try our home-made bread, jalapeño jam, mustard or an amazing entree. We hope to see you soon!
