Moss Pig Provisions now has Chinese Pickle and Italian Giardineria jars available! These jars are infinite, meaning the brine can be kept going for decades with proper care.

Two sizes are available, and each "jar" includes the handblown glass jar itself, the brine, customizable pickled vegetables or giardineria, a brand new set of extra long chopsticks for adding and removing veggies, and an instruction card to keep your Pickle jar going for years to come.

The jar pictured is 1.5 gallons (6 liters) and costs $150. Please allow at least 48 hours notice for pickup or delivery.
