So after careful consideration and slowly navigating prices and how much time is put into planning and coordinating, I’ve updated my prices and packages.

I no longer offer a day of coordinating. The reason is because there is actually a lot of preparation I do prior to your wedding day in order to coordinate the day of. It’s literally impossible to show up and coordinate without proper preparations.

Here are a few things we do to prepare:

1. We have to do a venue walkthrough to understand the layout of the venue. This helps us understand the seating plan and helps with assigned seating.

2. We can have to contact all vendors, review the timeline with them, and go over logistics.

3. We create a personalized timeline and schedule according to your needs.

4. We have to do a ceremony rehearsal to ensure everyone understands what will be expected on your wedding day. This takes anywhere between an 1-2 hours.

5. You have unlimited communication with me. For questions, concerns, or support.
Brides typically contact me daily if not every other day.

6. You have access to a vendors list should something happen.

7. My assistant and I are there from 10 am to midnight/sometimes later. We will help with set up/take down, help guests, check in with vendors, help with clean up, and address any issues that arise so you can enjoy your day.

Planning:
I spend about 1-2 hours per day (sometimes more) working on budget analysis sheets, contacting vendors, updating budgets, comparing packages/prices, anticipating logistics, reviewing ideas, going to open houses, going to bridal fittings, searching for vendors, and much more. I’m planning for about 10 months. When you divide 3000 into 10 months, with all the hours spent, the fact that I have to pay taxes, gas for travel, and my assistant, it’s a lot. In fact, what is actually a very modest price of 300 dollars per month. (30 hours per month equating to $10 per hour). Honestly, I should charge more, but since I’m not as seasoned as others, this is what I can offer right now.

We understand this is an investment for a lot of couples, so we offer flexible payment plans and A La Carte options.
