So I had a thought today of how blessed I truly am at this point in my life and realize that it is only by the Grace of God. People are judged for all kinds of things including how they pursue their Faith, or what they listen too or watch on TV. I believe that what you do is between you and God. Some of us are not as far on our walk with Christ as others and that's okay. The closer we get to Christ the more we will know the feeling of Conviction when we are in the wrong. I am one that used to judge people on the street by saying they choose to be there. Maybe some do, but some have just not been able to make it with things the way they are. When I start to judge, I think to myself, Every Disciple was a sinner and yet Jesus fed them and helped them find their way so that they could help others that needed guidance. To truly be like Jesus was ,we need to offer help to others even when it is inconvenient for us. Jesus wavered from his path to raise Lazarus, so why can't we go out of our way to help a stranger or family for that matter. It doesn't matter where or how long you talk to God, what matters is that you do. Fellowship with others is a great blessing, however so many people think that because they go to church that makes then a Christian. A very awesome teacher said in a lesson one day...one of the things that bothered her was asking someone, " Are you a Christian? and they answer, "yes I go to church"!. Her point was just because you sit on a pew every Sunday, that doesn't make you a Christian, just like sitting in my garage everyday doesn't make me a car. The way you treat others out in the world and what's in your heart makes you a Christian. You can't pretend in church to love everybody and then go out in the world and be mean and short with everyone. Remember always.....(WWJD) What would Jesus do? What we choose to do or how we act is between us and God. But to lead people to Jesus they have to like what they see. Everybody is watching......
GOD BLESS
