We are thrilled to welcome Kwame Donate to the AV Technical Support Team in our New Orleans office!

Kwame is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in event technology, TV, and film production. He has worked with top studios like NBCUniversal, Northern Entertainment of LA, and Tyler Perry Studios, excelling in location management and beyond.
Kwame’s impressive career includes leading live production efforts as Rental Department Manager at Freeman/AVW-Telav, where he oversaw large-scale conferences and events. His leadership journey also includes roles as Director of Event Technology at AVT Event Technologies and PSAV/Encore, as well as Show Services Coordinator at Freeman AV.
Beyond his technical expertise, Kwame has a strong background in recruitment and business development with Westaff and Remedy Staffing, helping top talent connect with leading organizations.
