On this #GivingTuesday, let's talk giving back during a DMC program!
More and more, we have seen our clients incorporating ways for attendees to #giveback during a program.
Recently, our DMC team alongside The Comfort Crew, organized an opportunity for a program to create "comfort kits". These kits were assembled for children with parents in the military; a group that is statistically known to suffer from depression or psychological issues due to the stress of their parent(s)' service.
Program attendee spouses packed teddy bears, journals, and activities into kit boxes that will be given to children living on base at Fort Hood.
Our clients' choice to serve others during a program is a great reminder that there are opportunities to give and serve all around us!
