Hello friends. Back by popular demand…..I will be preparing INDIVIDUAL PREPARED MEALS again for pick up and some delivery. I will be doing things a little different this time. I will post a menu on my personal FB page every Friday. I will be making 3 different meals every Tuesday for pick up at 4pm

Served w/baked penne and ricotta pasta & side salad w/fresh lemon and olive oil dressing

Pick up is at my commercial kitchen or can arrange a delivery if needed and local 😊

Last night’s Luau…… clients had reached out to me during Covid for a drop off dinner party and reached out to me a couple of weeks ago to cater a party for the CEO’s and their partners. I’m so blessed and literally love and adore all….. I mean allll of my clients who have become my friends/family. I have had my own catering business for about 14 years. To have return clients after a few years, referrals after referrals, yelp reviews, friends referring friends and family and strangers! I am overwhelmed with love and amazing friendships built. Wooooooo I’m getting teary 🥲 🥰♥️. Anyway, back to last nights Luau…. Another little guy. Sorry, I know it’s a lot. But it is what I do and sometimes., you just do it. So please , respect my business and hold back on the negative comments. I love you all and respect you. With that said…../// ladies and gentlemen “The Luau” LOL.
