SMOKED BEEF BRISKET

We cook our brisket wrapped in a pink parchment paper for over 12 hours in a Masterbuild electric smoker with apple wood chips. We also add Demi glace sauce on top. Please note that this type of meat is only serve fully cooked as it slow cooks for over 12 hours in the smoker. The meat is very tender 🥩 You can also requested unsliced. 🔪
