Employee Spot Light! Meet our fearless leader Carma!

Favorite flower: Lilac and Double Tulips. Love them designed together and their pure beauty.

Favorite Holiday: Mother’s Day. It’s a wonderful holiday for flowers. So many choices, all so beautiful. I also love it because the joy of delivering flowers to a well loved mom is so special!

How long she has worked in the business: Full time since June of 1985, but I have been involved since my parents opened it in 1974. Many summer days we had to spend at the flower shop since we were too young to be left at home.

Favorite part of business: Going to the flower vendors and hand selecting each flower or plant that comes into the flower shop. I also love when we have a wedding and picking up their flowers, all separate flowers, then seeing the creation of all those flowers as they are cleaned, processed, designed and delivered. To see how so many types of flowers come together to create the custom designed pieces for the couple on their most important day!

We made it to the Holiday bowl in San Diego! Four Seasons was contacted by USC to create the crowns and corsages for their cheer squad - how fun is that?! We have always said that hair crowns elevate any party and USC agrees! Go Trojans!!

It IS the most wonderful time of the year! We are at Bayshire Assisted Living in Carlsbad and giving a wreath decorating class with these lovely ladies - you might recognize one of them! We had such a fun day together, learning, laughing, enjoying each other, and getting into the Christmas spirit!

Flower crowns aren’t for just little girls anymore! Shouldn’t we all wear flower crowns on a special day? Baby showers, bridal showers, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, rehearsal dinners - flower crowns elevate whoever wears them and makes them feel special on a special day. Do you have an event coming up where you can make someone feel special? We can help you by creating a hand woven flower crown for you. This soon-to-be momma had a beach-themed baby shower this weekend, so her crown came adorned with shells. So fun!
