Sailor Appreciation Night Aboard the Spirit of the Roaring 20s! 🎩✨

This December, we had the immense honor of celebrating the incredible sailors of the USS Theodore Roosevelt at the beautiful Marriott Marquis San Diego! 🛳️⚓

Our brave Navy heroes were treated to an unforgettable evening, blending the glamour of the Roaring 20s with modern-day fun.

was thrilled to transform The Grand Ballroom into a dazzling Great Gatsby-inspired celebration. The night featured:
🎰 Thrilling casino games
❄️ Jaw-dropping ice sculptures
📸 Virtual photobooths capturing stylish moments
🎈 Black-and-gold balloon decor that sparkled with elegance
🎷 A live jazz band bringing the 1920s to life
✨ An enchanting magician who left everyone in awe

From the soulful jazz tunes to the stunning décor, every detail showcased our heartfelt gratitude for the men and women of the USS Roosevelt who selflessly serve our nation. ❤️

It was unforgettable celebration, and we are proud to have been part of such a meaningful tribute to the dedication and service of our navy heroes.

After almost twenty years of serving San Diego on 10th avenue, one of our first and favorite clients, Bar Basic is relocating! 📍➡️📍

Located in the East Village of San Diego, Bar Basic was a place where simplicity and urban style converged. With it's famous thin crust pizza and tasteful drinks, this bar was built with raw industrial design elements in an authentic 1912 warehouse. John Mangini, a young entrepreneur who saw potential in this space, had a vision of encapsulating "sass and urbanity without the pretension of most downtown lounges."

Opening in 2006, Bar Basic became a staple spot to grab food and drinks before and after Petco Park events. Over time, Bar Basic has been frequently recognized in popular media outlets such as The New York Times, MTV, and The Los Angeles Times as one of San Diego's best pizza spots. Bar Basic's lease ends this year, but the good news is that they are relocating to 100 Park Blvd, next to Petco Park!
