One of the things I love about my job is connecting with others. I especially love re-connecting with people I haven't seen in a long time, or have watched grow up through the years. This beauty and my daughter played softball together years ago, and now they are both off to college! What a treat to capture this special time! Congrats, Leah, I wish you all the best!

Shifting gears here, summer definitely went by way too fast, but I am ready for the school year to begin, and so excited for everyone entering in to their final year of high school! I can't wait to get going on senior sessions, let's go class of 2025! 🎉

This season was full of evening high tides at the beach, and the beach is my number one requested location for San Diego sessions, as is this particular spot under Scripps Pier. One of my seniors was down to get up early for lower tide! A bonus is that hardly anyone is on the beach early in the morning. We also had time to drive up the hill to a super cool eucalyptus forest!🌟

Tomorrow is graduation for my very own! 🥺 I’m starting to feel all the feels and I couldn’t be more proud of my girl, and the beautiful, kind, smart, creative woman she is becoming! I’ll be packing my tissues tomorrow!! Much love to all graduates and parents of!!! Congratulations Class of 2024!!! 🎉🎓🎉

Sunset Cliffs was a popular spot this season, not only for photo sessions but for picnics, hiking, and sunset viewing! The best time to do a session here is during the weekday for sure! It is such a beautiful location especially when the flowers are in bloom☀️

This session was one near and dear! I met Job and his mom in a mom's group when he and my daughter were just toddlers. She and I have had the gift of our kids growing up together, attending the same schools, many field trips together, celebrating birthdays and holidays, and cheering each other on in our mom journey. Now, here we are with high school grads! I am super proud of Job who will be attending Point Loma Nazarene. We didn't realize he would be going there at the time of his session but we got a photo with the campus in the background as this was his #1 choice. 🎉🎉🎉

What a fun session with this beauty! We shared many laughs, and towards the end, Katie was not shy to tell me she was getting hangry! I so appreciated her honesty. It’s important to eat a little something before your session, also doesn’t hurt to bring along a few snacks and water. 😉

The beach is an iconic location for San Diego sessions, and we have such an awesome variety of open sand, rock jetties, cliffs, piers, etc. I love the cliffs at Torrey Pines!

Happy Friday! Oh what fun I had with this bright shining light! She is a joy to work with, our time together was full of laughter. I love her vision of finding mural/graffiti walls, and we found a few fun spots in OB.
