Just picked up these stunning sunflower bouquets from Dos Gringos Flower Company for a awareness event this week. Compliments of one of the happiest people I know, Jason Levin 😊

Sunflowers have an immediate, positive impact on our moods, in both males and females.

Planting gardens are good for your health. Sunflower seeds are beneficial for brain health.
