Chelsea booked and I less than 48 hours before her wedding. Her original glam squad cancelled and by chance someone referred her to us, AND by even better luck, we were available!

She showed me a “natural” makeup inspiration photo from Pinterest and I wish I saved it because this is exactly it… except …

This is not natural. It is neutral, soft glam. We kept her brows and lips nearly untouched because *they’re perfect* but everything else is enhanced quite a bit. Also keep in mind, if it looks this soft in a photo, in person it is much more intense in order to accomplish that.

This look requires just as much, if not more makeup than a full glam look does. She still looks like herself but with a little oomph!

I am falling more in more with the softness of these looks! Keep ‘em comin 👊🏻

Giving this bronzed babe a permanent spot on the feed because it’s just so good!

I cannot get over how beautiful her skin is! Literally, zero harsh lines - i am just in awe.

I have been thinking a lot about “my style” and what I do well and enjoy the most.

I think a balance between this and a soft glam is my thing. I love a good complexion, i have been told skin is my thing. Don’t be fooled, this look required ALOT of makeup. She also puts a lot of effort into her skincare routine giving me the ultimate canvas for doing so.

So many of my clients this past weekend brought their own foundation because they were afraid I wouldn’t color match them appropriately- how sad is that? As a makeup artist, it is literally my job to color match your skin at the very least. Truth is, I have seen it butchered time and time again from other artists. 🫣

So, while I love a Smokey eye and red lip, it’s honestly just not my favorite thing to do.
Give me a good neutral, soft glam and I’ll be happy! Also, this “naked” eye with a wing trend, I’m here for!

A little Monday morning transformation for your feed!

This trial run was so fun! I love when brides have an open mind and trust us to do what we do best!

We went over multiple inspiration looks and in the end she just said “I trust you”.

We ended up with a soft glam smoked out wing look and I am OBSESSED! This look screams bridal 😍

POV: You invest in your business after spending years telling yourself you don’t want to grow past earning a little extra cash on the side and all of a sudden you realize the growth is at your feet and Its time i either quit or run with it.

So, here we G R O W 🌱

I am so thankful to be in a place where I CAN invest in my education, my kit, and my client experience. It’s the first time, maybe ever? And god damn, I am THANKFUL.

Of course i have always taken pride in what I do, the products I use and the service i provide but i knew my potential could be more if I kept learning and could take it a step further in every aspect.

Just a year ago, taking a masterclass from anyone, let alone TWO artists I have admired this much was unattainable. And this week it finally happened!

Thanks to the brides and clients that got me here. The artists that guided me. And for sharing their knowledge to empower me to push farther!

I am ON FIRE for what’s to come! This is only the beginning … my brides 👏 AREN’T READY 👏
