If you're searching for that person to plan or just oversee your event, I am the one you're looking for. Day of wedding coordination is my specialty with over 20 years of experience. I plan everything from weddings, showers, retirement parties to large events. I'll oversee the entire event from conception to clean up. I'll meet with clients to work out event details, plan with the client and/or th

eir team, book locations, food, entertainment, staff and cleanup. Whether a wedding or a business conference, I'll handle all logistics of the event and acts as the main point of contact for all issues related to the event. I will arrange formative plans with the client, handle the booking of the event and arranges the logistics of creating and hosting the event. I posses excellent written and verbal communication as well as the ability to work well with others. Due to the nature of my job as an event coordinator I am able to work well with many people, including vendors, clients and guests. There are many moving pieces to an event and it all falls on the coordinator. I am extremely organized, including attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Time management is a must and I have the ability to prioritize a large volume of tasks. I can arrange your event while following all company and safety standards. Create an agreement and budget with the client,
Maintain communication with any outside vendors contracted for the event. Welcome guests and address all needs,
Prepare and execute a detailed outline of the event needs. Arranging meeting space, lodging for guests, food and drink, music, visuals and any other needs the client has. Breaking down and cleaning the event space once the event has drawn to a close.
