A whole smoked chicken ready to eat, we use our secret family rub to season the chicken which is then slow smoked with a blend of red oak, white oak, almond wood, and apple wood which results in a juicy succulent bird that will hold its moisture for days on end. Don't go to the grocery store and settle for a dry chicken that has sat under a heat lamp the whole day, once our chicken is cooked we vacuum seal it and finish the cook in the sous vied to lock in the flavor and moisture, all you have to do is reheat and eat.
