Braised Short Ribs in a Mushroom Sauce served over Pappardelle Pasta.
I made this pasta dish the other night for dinner and it was absolutely delicious! The short ribs braised in the oven for 3 hours and were super tender. The sauce was very flavorful and paired perfectly with the pappardelle pasta. My husband even complimented the meal and said I could sell this for $20 a plate if I had a restaurant! Hahaha Happy Thursday all, it’s almost the weekend!
