SAT MARCH 8 Havana Heatwave Dinner Dance Party with Guajiron Band

Take a little trip down to old world Cuba as our friends the Guajiron Band bring festive, Latin energy to the March dinner dance. This San Francisco act makes joyous, energetic music from vintage Cuban pop and tropical jazz (Música Popular Cubana). It’s perfect for dancing, listening, and socializing after eating an authentic Cuban feast.

Buffet Menu:

- Tostones – crispy green plantain, lime salt, avocado-pistachio salsa verde

- Empañada de Cerdo – slow-cooked garlic pork, sweet plantain, black bean, queso fresco, chile de árbol salsa

- Ropa Vieja – shredded angus beef, green olive, red bell pepper, tomato, bacon, oregano

- Abana Chicken Chicaron – crispy chicken, homemade chile de árbol salsa, fresh lime

- Ensalada Havana – lechuga, jicama, watermelon radish, red onion, spiced pepitas, cilantro mango, queso fresco, , lime vinaigrette
