We are excited to partner with !Celebrate a major milestone this year—La Paulée turns 25 which is a testament to the world’s passion for Burgundy. An incredible roster of Burgundy’s finest domaines will be featured at a grand tasting, seminars and signature Gala Dinner. These great wines will be paired with the cuisine of world-renowned chefs led by our Chef d’Honneur Daniel Boulud. The wine service will be conducted by some of our nation’s finest sommeliers. Vive La Bourgogne et Vive La Paulée!

GRAND TASTING
This is a walk-around tasting in the beautiful Conservatory at One Sansome, offering guests the opportunity to taste the highly acclaimed 2022 vintage and mingle with attending winemakers from participating Burgundy domaines, while enjoying food prepared by some of San Francisco’s most noteworthy restaurants and fine purveyors. Over one hundred wines will be presented.
12:00pm-3:00pm PT

GALA DINNER
La Paulée’s namesake Gala Dinner in San Francisco will feature a menu prepared by of DANIEL, Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski of and State Bird Provisions, the team of the late Charles Phan’s Slanted Door and by Chef of —an assembly of culinary luminaries, including some of San Francisco’s most celebrated chefs. In the tradition of La Paulée de Meursault, guests are invited to bring treasures from their cellars to share alongside those from attending winemakers, adding to the convivial and generous atmosphere in the room.

Meet Victoria. Our recently promoted Guest Services Manager is a seasoned hospitality pro with fine dining restaurant experience from SF to LA. What started as a college hosting gig evolved into a dynamic career, bringing her back to the Bay in 2023 to pursue an MFA in Creative Nonfiction and join Holbrook House as a founding front-of-house team member. Now wearing many hats in guest services, sales, and executive support, Victoria is all about creating memorable, tailored experiences for clients.

When she’s not crafting events, Victoria’s writing a memoir on womanhood, enjoying yoga, or exploring San Francisco—a city she always returns to. We hope you book your next event with her! 📝

The evening celebrated her groundbreaking work as a champion of equality and featured a moving conversation with three young advocates who are leading change.
