We’re looking for 2 part-time retail florists to join Ampersand! 🌷
What You’ll Do:
🌸 Create beautiful floral arrangements for retail store and business operations (this is not a wedding designer position)
🌈 Assist walk-in clients, manage calls & emails
🌿 Deliver flowers, handle installations, and more
🌺 Help with shop organization, flower processing, inventory, and warehouse needs.
🌻 Assist with event production when needed
What We’re Looking For:
🌷Available for roughly 3 days a week (weekends required)
🌾 Sales driven, positive demeanor, flexible to schedule needs and duties, detail oriented
🪷 Flower experience is a PLUS, but open to training the right person!
🪻Must have a valid driver’s license

immersive flower experiences?
It is so delightful to design for an experience that will last a few days and transform over time.
@jennigrubbaevents hosted a vendor getaway @whispertree.retreat and let me take the reigns to design the dining table with this concept that was brewing in my head for quite some time.
Daffodils are quite a surprise as they turn from basically a straight stick shape into these gorgeous little precious cups with bright and bold yellow faces.
The concept was to create a cozy vibe with loads of candles (duh) and to enjoy the expression of daffodils from bud all the way to bloom— and the guests got to see the transformation throughout the retreat weekend.
It’s just pure magic honestly.
