I'm at a loss for words at the conclusion of this year's Annual Conference Experience by MPINCC - Meeting Professionals International Northern California Chapter
From starting off as VP of Education this program year, to ending with Dima Ghawi's impactful shattering of the vases that made me tear up a bit, it's been quite the Experience and ride with my fellow committee peers and board members.
I wish I had two clones to have been able to see all the education I wanted to and take part in all the fun activations that there didn't seem to be enough time for, but I love seeing everyone enjoy themselves and leave with smiles.
We did it!!!

“Our goals in life and events suffer if health isn't a focal point.
Think of 3 things: Input, Output and Environment.
.
Input is everything we put into our body, telling it how to heal, hurt, or perform.
Sweetened coffee and pastries for your morning session or because you have no time? You'll have less focus and energy and so will your attendees. Consume water, green tea and whole foods to keep the day progressing.

Output could be ANY type of movement for exercise. Implement activity breaks to keep attendees engaged. Put out effort to make connections with others.
.
Environment: Schedule time each week to organize your workspace and calendar to prep for the upcoming days. Have positive people in your network who welcome fresh ideas to keep you inspired and growing. Making time for overall mental health and well-being should ALWAYS be a priority.”
