• Daniel Lelchuk, celloDaniel Lelchuk was appointed Assistant Principal cellist of the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra in Fall 2013 by music director Carlos Miguel Prieto. Described by the Washington Post as a “dazzling virtuoso,” he has concertized throughout North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Europe. He was invited as visiting cellist with the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra in Doha and has also performed as principal cello at the Royal Opera House Muscat (Oman) with the Castleton Opera (Lorin Maazel, music director) and with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Minería in Mexico City. Mr. Lelchuk served from 2010-2014 as principal cellist of the Castleton Festival under Maestro Lorin Maazel, where he performed to acclaim major solos from the operatic and symphonic repertoire, most notably Verdi’s Otello. Since 2016 he has served as first cellist of the New York-based Salomé Chamber Orchestra and makes regular international tours with David Aaron Carpenter and the Ensemble. Daniel Lelchuk is a founding member of the Castleton Chamber Players with violinist Eric Silberger, where they present chamber music in the jewel box Theatre House designed and built by Maestro Maazel.
• Mann-Wen Lo, violinViolinist Mann-Wen Lo performs extensively throughout the world in some of the most prestigious venues as a soloist and chamber musician. Lo has been a recurring artist in performances at Carnegie Hall, Jordan Hall, Alice Tully Hall, and Walt Disney Hall, among others. Featured on radio and TV broadcasts in the United States, Taiwan, Japan, and France, Lo has been recognized at numerous competitions and awards. Her recording with the Mana Music Quartet featuring music of Queen Liliuokalani was awarded Instrumental Album of the Year at the 2021 Na Hoku Hanohano Award. She has collaborated in concerts with members of world renowned string quartets such as the Juilliard String Quartet, the Cleveland Quartet, Quatuor Ysaÿe, and the Takacs Quartet, among others. In addition, she has performed with artists such as Glenn Dicterow, Peter Frankl, Roger Tapping, David Shifrin, Margaret Betjer, and Andrew Shulman. Lo has been invited as a guest artist to concert series such as Camera Lucida in San Diego, Sunset MusicFest, Le Salon de Musiques, the Castleton Chamber Players and the Da Camera Society in Los Angeles.
• Eric Silberger, violin; Eric has performed as soloist, recitalist and chamber musician throughout the United States and around the world, including solo performances with the San Francisco Symphony, St. Petersburg Philharmonia, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, London Philharmonia, Danish National Symphony, Munich Chamber Orchestra, among others. He holds a Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School. Mentors have included Glenn Dicterow, Itzhak
Perlman, Pinchas Zukerman, Robert Mann, and Dorothy Delay, and Lorin Maazel among others. Eric has collaborated as soloist with the Mariinsky Orchestra, San Francisco Symphony, London Philharmonia, St. Petersburg Philharmonia, Konzerthausorchester Berlin, Danish National Symphony, Chamber Orchestra of the Mariinsky Theatre, Orquesta Sinfónica de México, Munich Chamber Orchestra, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, and the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, among others. Eric received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University and a Master of Music degree from The Juilliard School.
• Oskar Yao - Canadian pianist Oskar Yao has maintained a versatile career as an ambassador for music in a variety of performance practices. Oskar’s recognitions include top prizes at a plethora of national and international competitions. He has performed solo concerts around the world in venues such as Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, the Shanghai Concert Hall, and the National Arts Centre among others, and has performed with orchestras including the Calgary Philharmonic and Civic Orchestras, the National Arts Centre Orchestra, the Rapides Symphony Orchestra, the Longwood Symphony Orchestra, the Juilliard and Columbia Orchestras, and more.
Oskar received his Bachelors of Arts in Financial Economics with a Math concentration from Columbia University while simultaneously pursuing his Masters of Music in Piano at the Juilliard School with Yoheved Kaplinsky as part of the Columbia / Juilliard joint dual-degree program.
In addition to his solo career, Oskar is the co-founder of the Super Piano Brothers, an award-winning piano duo specializing in performing arranged and original music of all genres. He has given masterclasses and lectures at institutions including The Juilliard School, Columbia University, University of Calgary, the Sitka Fine Arts Camp, etc.; and sits on the board of the San Francisco Philharmonic Orchestra,,
