This weekend, I poured my heart into making Murgh Musallam, a dish that’s been on my mind for a while. The process of marinating the whole chicken in fragrant spices and slow-cooking it felt almost meditative. The layers of flavor from the yogurt, saffron, and fragrant spices really made the dish stand out—definitely a showstopper on the table! When it came out of the oven, tender and infused with warmth, it was more than just a meal—it was comfort, nostalgia, and love on the plate.
