The thing that sets Crimson Kitchen cooking classes apart is the setting. I teach all my classes in my own home. The vibe is cozy and intimate—more like a dinner party at a friends’s house than a formal class. Most people leave with new cooking skills, a newfound confidence in the kitchen, and new friends.

Last weekend I taught a seasonal Bollywood Beats Mumbai street food class and it was truly an incredible time. Thank you to my new friends who joined me in the kitchen and helped prepare delicious street food like Vada pav, Frankie, mango lassi, and more.

It is so fun to share these recipes and turn my home kitchen into a venue for new skills, new friends, and delicious food.
