Who? What? Why? (and Booking/Non-Profit Information)
The Lost Church is a Low Volume Performance Theater and a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to Creating, Sustaining, and Defending Spaces for Live Performance and the Communities They Serve. Our mission to open more 49-100 seat theaters in the San Francisco Bay Area, in California, and throughout the United States. Our original TLC venue at 65 Capp Street, San Francisco, is a multi-media theatrical production house and intimate and moving, yet often energetic Acoustic Listening Room.
Americana, Folk, Stripped-down Punk, Acoustic Hip-Hop, Rock, Indie, Singer-Songwriter, Soul, Blues plus Magic, Comedy, Film, Lectures, Spoken Word, Performance Art, Live Podcast Recordings, and Theater all find sanctuary at The Lost Church. TLC produces content for film, stage and web; with a focus on live performance, and offers space rentals for special events in a unique and beautifully designed two-level venue.
The Lost Church is also the non-profit sponsor of Railroad Square Music Festival in Santa Rosa. http://www.railroadsquaremusicfestival.com/ https://www.facebook.com/RSMFest/
