Our executive chef, Murray Cruickshank, graduated from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York and has worked at many of San Francisco's critically acclaimed restaurants - Aqua, Campton Place, Moose's and with talented chefs - Michael Mina, Craig Stoll, Brad Ogden and Jan Birnbaum, to name a few.
