The five spots in each category with the most nominations as of 11:59 p.m. PST on March 18 make the finals (you can nominate a business once per day, per category per email address). Then the finalists who get the most votes from April 14 until the final buzzer sounds at 11:59 p.m. PST on May 5 claim their respective titles.
