Since 1988, Quinn Associates has provided small and mid-sized arts organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area with an extensive array of professional fundraising services. Working closely with artistic directors, executive directors, Boards, and volunteers, Quinn Associates has helped arts organizations in our community raise millions of dollars from foundations, corporations, government agencies
, and other institutional sources. By offering our "soup to nuts" list of services - from straight grantwriting to complete proposal preparation and submission - Quinn Associates tailors its services to suit the needs (and budgets) of each organization. We are committed to both quality and affordability: our hourly rates are well below community average, and typical submission costs run from $300-$3,000, depending on the type of grant. Quinn Associates' clients come from throughout the region and represent a wide spectrum of artistic styles in music, theatre, dance, and media, arts education and arts service organizations, and organizations that give voice to the many diverse ethnic voices of our community. Our track record on behalf of our clients is excellent. Quinn Associates has been responsible for the submission of thousands of proposals and applications, resulting in millions of dollars raised for our clients. Grantmakers include the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, the Oakland Fund for Children and Youth, the San Francisco Foundation, the City of Oakland Cultural Funding Program, Walter & Elise Haas Fund, the James Irvine Foundation, the LEF Foundation, the Bernard Osher Foundation, the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, the National Endowment for the Arts, the East Bay Community Foundation, the Nathan Cummings Foundation, the Clorox Company Foundation, the San Francisco Department of Children Youth and Families, Grants for the Arts of the San Francisco Hotel Tax Fund, the Creative Work Fund, the Surdna Foundation, and the U.S. Department of Education "No Child Left Behind" Program, among many more. While our main role is to facilitate relationships between our clients and these funders, Quinn Associates has gained the respect and trust of institutional grantmakers in the Bay Area and widespread recognition for the quality and integrity of our work in the arts.
