Look for our KIMCHI CEVICHE at the Chuseok Festival this weekend IN THE PRESIDIO!
Yup you heard that right.
We will be at the Presidio this Saturday 11-4

Just fyi we are doing the event with an organization throwing the festival. We are not back in the Presidio for good. I have been very silent about not being there anymore.
Last year my truck flooded and while it was preached that vendors can always ask for help, I did not utilize asking for help for the first time until my truck cost $5000 to fix in the winter and I asked for an extension to pay the vendor fees at the end of the week they were due.
My days to sell were Friday and Sunday
It was approved, and when Saturday came I received an email that I hadn’t paid and I was suspended if I showed up Sunday for my shift that I would be told to leave. I reminded them that I was given until the end of the week to pay.
They said their week ended on Friday and I stated that is the work week that our week ends on Sundays. So they said fine I paid on Sunday and thought everything was fine.
The following year I was robbed twice during the holidays and asked for a payment plan to pay the vendor fees so I could catch up and things were super slow.
I came up w a plan and emailed the dates to pay and I get this email that I was suspended before for Paying late and so I am being “suspended”Indefinitely. There were also some discrepancies where my invoice was incorrect & I waited to make payment until it was corrected because I was told once you pay, they don’t refund you. So I would wait for them to be corrected so I wouldn’t overpay & was told I paid late bc of that. I was embarrassed having to struggle. our customers suffered the most not being able to go back and that’s what hurt the most. putting a fake suspension on us was a lie. And I never was suspended. I had too much going on trying to get back to even fight anything or want to stay and continue business. I opened the truck there & We worked so hard it was a horrible experience.
Ive heard of these stories but its unfortunate it really happens.

… and then eat it.😆

Ceviche is a Peruvian 🇦🇹 staple. Light, fresh and healthy with just a few ingredients you can have the most wonderful flavors dancing in your mouth and feel as if you’re eating like royalty. The fishermen catch fresh daily right on the waters of Peru and there is where you can get the freshest ceviche.
It’s almost a science.
The way the citrus hits the fresh fish and one would say “cooks” it yet leaving it tender and juicy.
Guilty ✋ of eating it for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Ceviche Is my absolute favorite dish.
Growing up my mom made ceviche and we would eat it all the time, especially because it was always so hard to find a good, fresh ceviche. We had a lemon tree growing in our backyard and I would always love the fresh zesty smell picking them from the tree every time they would ripen.
I loved eating it with so many toppings and hot sauces. Wash it down with a cool, fruity Chicha morada or a cold bubbly Inka kola it’s the best!
As I got older I carried on the tradition. I remember always making ceviche for my friends, and bringing ceviche to colleagues to try.
I tried fusing flavors from their cultures into different ceviches I made.
This quote is a reflection of my history and background. That you can make something amazing out of something so simple.
