We took a much needed week off to figure things out. After careful consideration and with a heavy heart, we have made the difficult decision to close The Lucky Pig storefront. We are incredibly sad that we can't continue here but have reached a point where we can no longer be certain of our ability to operate trying to manage the shortages of supplies and staff, while keeping up with continued skyrocketing costs. We'd like to express our deepest gratitude to everyone for the continued support over the past four years, especially through the pandemic. That’s a wrap! We’ll miss you. Thank you and good bye for now. 🫶🏻

😋 The food was delicious! The ribs were finger-licking good, and the fried chicken was so good with the beer 🍻!!

👍🏻 Very impressed with the order! They did an amazing job of packing the food to go! Nothing spill, they double wrapped the tea too! We reheated the chicken and ribs in the air-fryer for a few mins...

Korean Fried Chicken or Galbi👉🏻? If you watched my stories, you know I’ve been craving some delicious fried chicken! But what happens when they also have Galbi? Well
has a KFC and Ribs combo so you can get both!

Besides those two items, we also tried:

📸3: Cheese tteokbokki: Perfect for this cold rainy weather! Definitely on the spicer side!

📸4: The OmniPork tteokbokki!! It’s a vegan dish but tasted amazing!

Many people told me this place has the best Korean fried chicken! It’s definitely high up on my list now! Thank you everyone for giving me suggestions! I’ll be trying them to find the best fried chicken in the bay!

I sure felt like a lucky pig and had a great time at this past weekend! I highly recommend checking them out if you want Korean food in SF. Their food is absolutely amazing and everything we had was so delicious...even the soup. 🍲

I would say my top favorite dishes were the Korean Fried Chicken 🍗 and the Omnipork Royal Tteokbokki were my favorite! ⁣

The KFC was fried to perfection. 🙌 I loved that the batter was light so you still get the full crispness without it being so heavy. ⁣
⁣
The Omnipork Royal Tteokbokki is a vegan pork 🐽 rice cake dish and this was the BEST vegan meat I've ever had. It was so flavorful I could eat this every day. The Lucky Pig is currently partnering with .global to serve vegan dishes, which was also in the Omnipork Dosirak Lunch Box (super good vegan spam too).⁣

Check out for some really good Korean comfort food!

So happy to revisit and try their .global items! You can select plant-based “pork” in the stir fried tteokbokki or plant-based “spam” in the dosirak lunch box. The “pork” strips are so good, you won’t be able to tell the difference.

Also highly recommend the Korean fried chicken, so crunchy and juicy. The corn cheese rice balls are fun to eat and also part of ’s 415 deal. The dosirak is also a must, so colorful and hearty.
