we prepared for over a week in anticipation of a 1000 person event that is symbolic to me in many ways. my proudest moments were: 1) client said we knocked it out of the park and he didn’t have to worry about the bar at all. we didn’t give him any problems before, during, or after. 2) looking at the amazing team of 19 ppl i put together and seeing how they all vibe together and look out for one another. i mean i can feel the love they have for each other and im sure the guests can see/feel it too. happy staff = happy clients= happy bosses = good business. thank you all!

First time back at since pandemic. What a compliment when my bartender calls me and tells me the client is asking how much to keep two dispensers of my signature drinks? They wanted every drop of my strawberry basil buck and blackberry mint mule. My alcoholic and non alcoholic espresso martinis were pretty yum too. I can’t cook food like my daddy but I can make drinks like whoa 😉
