“I (including my husband Michael) cannot thank Tina and the entire In The Clouds Events team enough.

Once I got engaged, I immediately started looking for our wedding coordinator. This was early 2021- where the COVID pandemic still did not hold big events. Things fell through with a previous planner, but I am so glad it happened. It led me to Tina, and the rest is history. Our reception venue recommended her, and I immediately noticed why she was a preferred vendor.

I am a rigidly-organized and detailed oriented person - so once Tina and I got started - tons of fun and magic began! Some of the things she provided: productive in-person/virtual meetings, super-organized spreadsheets/checklists, timely reminders, responsive emails/texts and sound advice. I was so impressed! She even provided some of her own items and inventory to add beautiful touches to our decor. We also added several of her recommendations, such as DJ, photobooth, rentals, and bakery to our wonderful vendor team!

Planning the biggest day of my life was very difficult and incredibly stressful, but working alongside Tina made the entire process very fun and enjoyable. I confided in her so much, where she was so understanding and focused the entire time. I am forever indebted to her & the entire team (Sidnee, Dandi, and Cindy) for making my wedding day a dream come true.”

It’s been a while since I’ve posted about me. With all the craziness in our country, I’m hugging my kids a little longer every morning before school, reminding them to be aware of their surrounding, and what to do when there’s an active shooter on campus. They shouldn’t have to worry about this! We’ve gotta do better as adults!

Sign a petition, make a donation, talk to your officials about gun laws, mental health support, su***de prevention, and police reform.

Extraordinarily Masterful

I'm going to start out by saying I had a very clear vision of what we wanted our wedding to look like so I was scouting a planner that could help with logistics, ex*****on, vendors, sourcing, and helping me make sure nothing slipped between the cracks.

Tina is masterful. She is so well-versed in prioritizing what needs to get done week-by-week, easing anxiety around certain major planning milestones (catering, tenting, music etc), incredibly knowledgable about local vendors, mindful of budget, 1000% communicative, respectful of our wedding vision, and VERY even-keeled. You hear horror stories of brides trying to get in touch with their planners and they go AWOL–not Tina. She is THERE.

I interviewed 10+ planners and knew immediately we had made the right choice with Tina when she sent me over a Google doc of templates, checklists, and a whole bunch of other resources. I didn't think I would feel so zen on my wedding day but with Tina's guidance and help, I was able to walk down the aisle with nothing but a huge smile on my face. I didn't expect for it to be the best day of my life, but it really was exquisite.

Paebaek is a Korean wedding ceremony that features historical traditions like formal bowing, a tea ceremony, and the couple catching chestnuts and dates.
If you can plan it in your busy wedding day schedule, I highly recommend it. It’s such a great way to honor your heritage.
