We at Blue Eyes Cafe Catering are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear Chef, Mr. Joe Redmond aka Cranky Cook. We also regret to inform that we have decided to close down BEC. The decision to close down this business was not an easy one and we enjoyed the relationships that we had with our customers over the years. We would like to thank all of you. BEC could not have been as successful as it was without your loyalty.

With nearly 40 years in the restaurant business, we strive to fuse great cuisines like Cajun, mexican, italian, french and Thai with local fresh ingredients. We have two locations and serve both San Jose california and North west Indiana. We currently off catering to both areas and are in the process of opening a cafe in the San Jose area.

I have been a private chef and cooking for 40 years, my repeat clients loved my cooking and supported me throughout this career, convinced me to start catering too. I am now open in 2 states, Indiana and Bay area of California. Thru my travels and love of food and learning, I have several cuisines under my belt. We'd love to serve you!
