I’m OBSESSED with this cake 😍
One of my regular clients asked me to create a girly Harry Potter cake for a surprise baby shower. I took her inspiration photos, sketched out my plan and got creative!
A few days before the cake was due she reached back out letting me know the mom to be was creating her own shower invitation and designed a baby dragon. I printed the dragon and burned the edges to make it look like it belonged in the Harry Potter library. So cute!
Every book is the name of a textbook from Hogwarts and all the elements came together for a feminine library vibe.

Come learn to assemble, fill and decorate a 4 inch cake with edible petals sourced locally from Bloomin On Bird. During this class you will learn the art of filling a cake with fresh fruit or purées, crumb coating, icing and decorating. At the end of the class you will have a delicious and gorgeous cake to take home and enjoy.
Each class includes-
•Two, 4 inch layers of cake
•Buttercream Frosting
•Choice of filling: fresh strawberries, fudge or passion fruit purée
•Organic edible pressed blooms to choose from, locally sourced from Bloomin On Bird
-Offset Spatula and Flat Scraper to use and take home
