On the menu were Boudin Blanc served with sauerkraut perfumed with marjoram. Sausages with peppers and onions. Sausage Toulouse with Italian Greens & Provolone cheese. House Made warm German potato salad, coleslaw and mixed greens. Everyone was well fed and happy!

We purchased some beautiful Portuguese pies for dessert. I bought them at a local bakery. When I walked into the bakery, I was covered with a rich smell of molten vanilla custard, just like a blanket. They were really WOW ! I also made a ton of brownies.
