A beautiful fall evening at the gorgeous Still Waters Vineyard & Winery in Paso Robles, Ca

Jaclyn & Chris had some different ideas for their wedding reception and it was great! They had picnic tables - no formal seating more like a fun mingle. We served a Slider Bar that consisted of Tri-Tip, Pork and Chicken, with all the condiments, Asian Cole Slaw, a Flat Bread Pizza Bar with Zucchini & Eggplant Pizza with Tapenade & Fontina Cheese and a Sausage & Fig Pizza with Goat Cheese, Mixed Green Salad, Fingerling Potatoes in a Garlic Parmesan Sauce, Grilled Veggies and Rolls & Butter all prepared by the amazing Chef Mike Carollo!

Everyone danced the night away by one of the best Duo's I have ever seen & later found out they he was American Idol Semifinalist 2009 Kai Kalama! Fun night!

The enthusiasm that Zoey & Devin had going into their wedding day was nothing short of magical! These two are darling and so in love with life, family, friends and of course each other. They were just wonderful to work with and to get to know.

Their wedding was held at the beautiful Oakdale Ranch in Paso Robles. Very cool ranch on 32 acres in the heart of the wine country with a private cabin & original old saloon the owner carted up that hill & restored, really neat!

Zoey's entrance to the ceremony was being driven up the hill in a vintage, baby blue Rolls Royce!

Zoey & Devin said their vows before 90 of their friends & family and then had a wonderful dinner and appetizers and a busy bar all evening. I don't think I have ever seen a Bride & Groom 'hop' down the aisle with such happiness after their ceremony! Wonderful folks, for sure! All the best of love & life to you both and thank you for having Everlasting catering your special day.

What a great weekend with the Rosecrans & Lyon families for Tiffany & Chris's rehearsal dinner and wedding.

We had the honor of serving up an Italian dinner for rehearsal night of Family style served Antipasto salad followed by a buffet of Meat Lasagna, Baked Rigatoni with Sausage, Eggplant Parmesan, Grilled Italian style Veggies and Dinner rolls with that amazing Herb Butter all hand made by our fantastic Chef Mike.

The following day were served up 150 guests an all Family Style meal, all grilled on site on the BBQ,Tri-tip, Grilled Chicken, Herb & Garlic Whipped Potatoes, Grilled Veggies, Salad and Garlic Bread.

A great time was had by all!

Thank you Kim, Lauren and my incredible staff of 17, you are the best!

A gorgeous Bride & Groom, a gorgeous home, beautiful people, great food, fantastic music, beautiful weather = one heck-of-a-fun wedding!

One great wedding here! Ceremony was in the front yard and the reception was held around the pool in the back. Kids & dogs ran around, the drinks flowed and everyone danced the night away to Wedded Bliss Entertainment, Josh Payne & staff!

Chef Mike & BBQ master Mike served up some great apps. off the grill of bite sized Filet Mignon stuffed with Jalapeño & Cream Cheese wrapped in Turkey Bacon, New Orleans style Grilled Prawns & not on the grill, Spicy Ahi Poke Salad atop a wonton crisp. Dinner was grilled Tri-Tip with a red wine horseradish, Cilantro Lime Chicken and Salmon with lemon & oil oil, Grilled Italian Veggies, Garlic Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes, Mixed Green Salad and Grilled Garlic Bread.

Something about HammerSky Winery in Paso, feels like you are worlds away! It is just the most beautiful setting for a wedding and Cara & Blake were the most beautiful bride & handsome groom, like icing on a cake!

The ceremony was held under the big, old tree and many family & friends sang. After the ceremony appetizers and wine were served up at the tasting room.

Down below at the barn our staff was cooking up some delicious smelling food on our grill. We served an all Organic Meal of Grass Fed Santa Maria Style Top Sirloin with Chimichurri Sauce & Pico de Gallo, Free Range Rosemary Grilled Chicken with a Lemon Garlic Sauce, Grilled Vegetables, Five Cheese Baked Mac & Cheese with Chopped Bacon and a beautiful Caprese Salad.

Judging by the absolutely cleaned plates coming back, everyone loved dinner!

A gorgeous summer afternoon wedding in Arroyo Grande. The marriage of Krysta & Eric. This was a very special wedding for all of us at Everlasting Catering because we got to see one of our own get married! Krysta worked as a server for us last season. She is as beautiful inside as out and we were extremely honored to cater her wedding.

We started off with an appetizer station of local cheeses, fruits, jams, breads, nuts and three different flavored dipping oils from Carmen's a local Gourmet Dressing & Dipping Oil company from San Luis Obispo. The passed apps. were the AMAZING goat cheese stuffed dates wrapped in bacon and grilled on site, Ahi Tuna poke on handmade wonton crisps and sundried tomato, artichoke hearts & goat cheese Bruschetta.

Dinner followed with fresh off the grill Tri -tip with a Chimichurri sauce, grilled chicken with house made pesto sauce, grilled veggies, roasted fingerling potatoes and a mixed green salad and grilled garlic bread ~ Delish!

Thanks to Danika at Peacock Farms, always a pro to work with and my very hard working & fun staff!

Chef Mike Carollo & BBQ Master Mike Herd are just the best!

Does it get any funner having a wedding on the 4th of July!? Kellyn DePauw & Steve Finnegan got married on a gorgeous day at Lago Giuseppe last Friday.

Together with great family & friends, great food, music, fireworks and a snake (yes, one friendly snake) all made for a great time!

My fantastic crew BBQ'd on site and cooked up and served a delicious meal consisting of Appetizers of Ahi Tuna Poke on Won Ton Crisps, Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta and Mild & Spicy BBQ'd Sausages.

For Dinner we served Grilled Tri-Tip with a Chimichurri Sauce & Salsa, carved to plate, Grilled Chicken Marsala, Baked Rigatoni, Grilled Italian Vegetables, Garlic Whipped Potatos and a lovely Mixed Green Salad and Grilled Garlic Bread.

A magical day into evening at Avila Beach Golf Resort this weekend at the union of the beautiful Bride Erin & her Groom Steve.

Music by ~ awesome party maker, Phase One Mobile DJ, Bob! After dinner, not one person ever again sat down again, they danced and danced and danced!!!

Everlasting Catering served up a Gourmet Burger Bar, per the Brides request, and it was the talk of the town!

Appetizers of Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates Wrapped with Applewood Bacon fresh off the grill, A trio of Bruschetta ~ Avocado& Lime, Olive Tapenade and Double Tomato & Plum & Sun dried Tomato and Grilled Pesto Prawns.

Gourmet Burgers Grilled fresh on site with all the fixens and Pasta Salad, Green Salad and Garlic Parmesan Fingerling Potatoes in
Herb Butter.

The staff at Avila Golf Resort and the Day of Coordinator, Lisa was just wonderful!

Congratulations to Ali & Rob for tying the knot at Still Waters Vineyard and Winery in Paso Robles, CA!

A fun & beautiful wedding under the direction of Jenn Hocker of Allure Events & Design by Jenn and her darling daughter. Music played and the beer & wine flowed throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Many flavors of cake by The Madonna Inn, San Luis Obispo.

Chef Mike & BBQ Master Mike were again behind the scenes cooking up some tasty food. For appetizers they served:

Sweet & Spicy Mint Sauce on Grilled Prawns (YUM!)
BBQ'd Sausages with a Garlic Aioli Sauce
Bruschetta w/ Sun Dried Tomatos, Herb Chevre, Artichokes

A beautiful, warm & windy afternoon wedding @ Still Waters Vineyard and Winery, in Paso Robles where Kristine & Sean got married in the ancient Olive tree grove and then had lovely dinner reception in the yard off the tasting room.

Chef Mike & Grill Master Mike cooked up some delicious appetizers of Goat Cheese stuffed Dates Wrapped in Bacon, Ahi Tuna Poke on Won Ton Crisps and Bruschetta with Sun Dried Tomatoes, Goat Cheese and Chopped Artichoke Hearts.

It was a beautiful afternoon for a back yard Bridal Shower, hosted by the Mother of the Bride, Natalie Tartaglia. We served all of our delicious goodies on Natalie's antique china with antique silverware and champagne flowed all afternoon through games and gifts.

Chef Mike prepared open face smoked salmon sandwiches on marbled rye with onions & capers, cucumber rounds with herbed cream cheese and thyme & basil, roasted turkey sliders with cranberry jam sprouts & /Havarti Cheese, strawberry, kiwi, watermelon & Pineapple fruit skewers, Ahi Tuna Poke on Won ton crisps, mixed green salad and of course Chocolate Eclairs!

Last evening Everlasting Catering had the privilege of serving dinner to the Gay and Le***an Alliance - Central Coast, for their fundraiser dinner, "Waiters in Wonderland held at the Monday Club, San Luis Obispo, CA.

It was a beautifully decorated and fun evening with Alice in Wonderland, The Mad Hatter and The Queen of Hearts in attendance.

We serve a plated meal of Top Sirloin with a Chimichurri sauce, Grilled Chicken Marsala, Butternut Squash Ravioli in a Fettucini Sauce, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Steam Assorted Veggies and Queen of Hearts Dessert.

A huge thank you to all the waiters and their lead, Cory, who helped out in the kitchen.

Cuatro Dias Winery Tasting Room Grand Opening

Everlasting Catering had the pleasure of providing food for the Grand Opening of Cuatro Dias Winery Tasting Room Grand Opening located in the beautiful Highway 41 Antique Emporium, in Morro Bay.

It was the perfect Saturday afternoon with great weather, fabulous music and amazing wine & food.

Chef Mike created roast beef, cheddar, grilled onion & chipotle sliders and Smoked turkey, Havarti cheese and fresh cranberry sauce sliders as well as appetizers of bruschettawith goat cheese, sun dried tomatoes and fresh basil, Hawaiian style Tuna Poke and gourmet cheeses with fruit & nuts & crackers.

The bands entertaining us that afternoon were, "The Sunny Knights" and "Green To White".

Everyone had a wonderful time, mostly us!

What a great evening! A wedding and New Year's Eve all rolled into one! Thanks Stacy & Evan for a great send off into 2014! You had a great group of 180 people ready to party and celebrate your union and a New Year!
Thanks to Chris Bailey from Bailey Entertainment and Taffy Gonzalez from the Officers Club for aiding in an amazing night.
We served a Salmon with dill sauce, Pesto Chicken, fresh off the grill, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled Italian veggies, mixed green salad, & grilled garlic bread. In addition to appetizers after the ceremony. Two toasts and ringing in a new life together and a new year ~ thanks for letting Everlasting Catering share with you in your special night!

There is something so sweet about a Fall wedding and the afternoon was just gorgeous at Holland Ranch last Saturday. Staci & Justin tied the knot under blue skies in front of about 150 of their family & friends. We received many compliments on their choice of food. Everlasting Catering's Chef Mike & Dustin BBQ'd on site some amazing Tri-Tip with peppercorn sauce and a wonderful Salmon with a Lemon Herb Sauce. Appetizers of Grilled Pesto Prawns, Artichoke & Sundried Tomatoes & Mozzarella Bruschetta and Goat Cheese Stuffed Dates wrapped in Bacon. Great music by a little trio of live musicians and Malik spinning tunes for dancing. Lovely evening! Thank you allowing us to cater your special day! All the best of love & life, to you both!

Savor the Central Coast is huge here! And we were part of the Morro Bay Tourism kick off luncheon held at the beautiful Shandley Farms in Morro Bay. Their beautiful estate home was the site of our catered luncheon overlooking Morro Bay Rock, their Avocado grove and Lime Finger orchard! Ever seen a Lime Finger? Me neither, very cool and very good and tasty! Thank you Peter for trusting in Everlasting Catering for this wonderful event. It was such a lovely day with a group of great people!

This was such a lovely little wedding right on the beach in Pismo on a very foggy day in September. Even though the sun didn't peak through once today, it was a cozy and happy day. The bride and groom created their guests in cocktail clothes for a pre-ceremony reception, where we served grilled pesto prawns, tuna tar tar and mini bruschettas. Brett served up wonderful local wines at the bar. As it got closer to ceremony time, the Bride changed into her off white lace mini dress and off to the seashore she and her groom and all their guests gathered. After the brief ceremony, they all came back to the receoption area for dinner, that we grilled fresh on site, of Tri tip, salmon, veggies, salad, potatoes and grilled garlic bread. The top of the evening was a gorgeous cake flown in from San Francisco that was to die for!!! Thanks for having Everlasting Events serve you on your wedding day! Ti amp!
