Choosing the perfect venue is the first exciting step of wedding planning! It can be incredibly overwhelming, however narrowing down your style of wedding you want is the best way to start. San Luis Obispo and Arroyo Grande both have incredible venues that range from countryside villas to rustic barns to urban chic hotels. You have plenty of options on the Central Coast, starting with stunning places like Edna Valley and leading to more enchanting places in the crevices of Arroyo Grande or the vibrant ambiance of Downtown SLO.

It's been a whole year since our dazzling launch party for the Templeton Mercantile! 🤍✨️🤠 ⁠

Located in the historic downtown city of Templeton, the holds a unique atmosphere with four different spaces to hold the western saloon event of your dreams. We had the pleasure of hosting a launch party to introduce the venue to the Central Coast event industry. We started the day with a gorgeous styled shoot creatively planned by San Luis Obispo wedding coordinator . The night was full of disco cowboys, vintage flare, delicious bites, decadent desserts, classic ho**ey tonk music, and unforgettable memories. I interviewed the event manager, Julie with The Lucky Ones Events, about the day.⁠

After years of working in the wedding industry, I have learned that one of the biggest causes of concern that comes from a bride is not getting enough time with their spouse on their wedding day. I know, crazy right? Although when you think about it, the special day that you've been planning for so long can also feel like a large family reunion, or college reunion, or just one big party with all of your favorite people in one room! Although this is a wonderful thing, it can also take away from the main point of the day: marrying the love of your life and spending that precious time with THEM.

Although there were multiple locations, there is nothing better than a historic Santa Barbara trolley being your main source of transportation for your wedding party!
