With the sophistication of the Bridgerton era and the charm of delicate bows, this event was a perfect tribute to a love that only grows! We were overjoyed to join in the celebration for the beautiful Kaitlyn as we prepared to welcome her little one, Amelia Jean, into society. Guests showered her with love all while playing “don’t say baby” with pearl bracelets to see who could collect the most. We had so much fun with pattern play in the linens for this one and pairing them with gorgeous flowers and delicately detailed cakes. In true Bridgerton fashion, ladies discovered their seating assignments on custom engraved perfume bottles and chatted while sipping on specialty cocktails like the King George (named after their pups) and a Princess Amelia. Live music played in the background lending to the vibe and the tea cups were overflowing, as was the joy of this afternoon delight!!

There’s something about the crisp air and golden leaves of fall that makes us crave a horseback ride down a scenic trail! As show horse owners, Jamie and Chris’ day was filled with equestrian elegance where old world charm met modern romance ! From the softest of pinks to contrasting tones of the darkest hues we called in to create floral pieces that were balanced by earth tones and natural elements of leather, ceramics, and wood. The details of the day represented this duo’s love and reminded us that when it comes to both love and design, a little bit can go a long way!

This year is taking us to incredible places! As we take a moment to catch our breath and wrap up this season, we’re beyond excited to share all that’s ahead for 2025. I couldn’t be prouder of our team for powering through 13 events in just the last two months—what a record breaking season it’s been! Each event has been thoughtfully curated, and while there were a few unexpected surprises (who could forget record heat, forest fires and the cougar in the tree?!), we kept pushing with our best foot forward, delivering a truly remarkable season. A huge thank you to everyone who had our backs along the way—we couldn’t have done it without you! And a big shout out to our clients and their families for making this year the best yet!

Halloween, Halloween… Oh what scary things are seen! thank you for featuring Milla’s Sweet Spooksteen! Complete with spells, witch’s hats, fortune telling, tarot cards, spiders, tombstones and drinks to die for! Everything a little witch would need. The Mrs. and the Mister! Sarah and Yash’s wedding at Klentner Ranch was a delightful mix of colors and cultures! Their special day was as fresh and lively as their love for house plants and gardening. When you bring a whole town together at the local grocery store and transform it into the cutest Italian market to honor the soon to be Murri’s and our Italian groom… that’s A’ Murri!
This last weekend was something other worldly! We kept hearing people comment that they felt like they were in a movie and as we worked among the sweetest locals in the town of Seaside, Florida we found ourselves feeling the same! It was evident early on how much love there was for the Harrell family and with such a strong sense of community there was infectious energy that kept propelling us through the late night hours. With that kindness and southern hospitality also came exceptions that allowed us to bend all the rules in the most beautiful of ways for Breezi and Leonardo and their rehearsal dinner!
After creating custom new awnings, outdoor signage and a Nona’s bakery, we spent the night before with our team clearing the shelves to then restock them with custom pasta sauce, noodles, wine bottles and Italian ice cream that we branded with for guests to shop from the evening of the party!
We trucked rentals across the country with installations with and flowers with and filled the store with every imaginable detail as well as the neighboring courtyard for Al fresco seating. From handmade noodles to pasta water martinis and a lot of secret sauce this was a week that will live forever in our dreams! All the love to our team who came through for us in all the ways and helped us tackle our largest to do list to date!! We love you Harrells for trusting us, inspiring us and giving us the opportunity to create! Sail away with us! Our sun-soaked days in Florida have us reminiscing about Julie and Anthony’s seaside wedding. The charming sailboats splashed in soft blues and sunny yellows, turned the day into a timeless celebration. There is something so refreshing about having the salty breeze in our hair! From the Pacific to the Atlantic, we can’t get enough of these coastal adventures!

We’ll be transforming the grocery store here in the darling town of Seaside Florida this week into an unforgettable Italian market rehearsal dinner party for our Breezi and Leonardo! Years ago Troy named our company Amorology and we’ve found ourselves studying and learning more about love with each new couple and family that we have had the honor of getting to know and work with. We’ve watched as many have exemplified grace and patience with each other, comfort and support, thoughtfulness and surprises, kindness, compromise & generosity, each inscribing a place in our hearts. There is something special, even magical about the excitement that comes with a wedding day and new love and sometimes old love. It feels like a gift to be reminded of our own wedding vows and promises each month or even weekend as we witness others creating their own.

As Troy and I celebrated our 21st wedding anniversary this last week amidst all the chaos of a busy wedding season we found ourselves running every which way with the kids, doctor appointments for a broken leg, play practice, pine wood derby’s and preparations for the next big event and while this year didn’t allow for the usual romantic dinner, at the close of the day we paused as our first dance song began to play and quickly everything else melted away. We danced to tradition as we have each passing year and in a mere instant, all the feelings came flooding back. There I was dancing in my wedding gown, the familiar comfort of being held in the arms of the boy I knew would always support me, laugh with me, and sweep me off my feet when I felt too tired to stand. His voice singing in my ear as we swayed to the sounds of the hope of what was to come! I had no idea back then to the extent that our wedding day would forge the path of planning and take me to so many places where my heart resides ❤️ So much gratitude for those who have crossed our path or walked it with us and for my love who has continued to teach me the definition of love every day.

Last week we transformed a horse arena on a family property in Rancho Santa Fe into a poppy filled paradise for Vanessa and Julian. Paying homage to Vanessa’s role as a spiritual therapist, we created rose quartz table numbers and guests sipped cacao during what was one of the most peaceful of ceremonies we’ve experienced to date. As guests were invited to take deep breaths in and out at the soothing request of Vanessa’s mother’s voice, a hand pan played in the distance and I was reminded once more of just how connected we all are to each other. There was so much love and heartfelt recognition of one another and the quiet and calm was a beautiful prelude for what was still to come! Guests found their names on candle vessels that led them to their seats, reminiscent of the long winding maze that led Julian and Vanessa to each other through the years and celebrated where they found each other!

Abundant love and gratitude to the families who trusted us and for our dream team of fellow artists and creators who worked passionately alongside us. All poured their hearts into this weekend, patiently putting booties on time and time again to keep the carpet clean for the big reveal 😂 it was so worth it! We love you all!

Embracing the birds and the bees talk today! For our ADA & Kevin who quickly made a little birdhouse in our soul, we infused the simple yet sweet joys of life and brought their day to life with all the details. These BTS from our wedding weekend have us hooked on love! So proud of our team and all our vendors for surviving the heatwave with multiple events outdoors in 105-120 degree temps! We went from the beautiful rolling hills of Ojai where we encountered a stand off with a cougar (images from coming soon!) to the coastal charm of where our dear bride ended the night with the perfect catch and we debuted the cutest new scallop stone tables and stripe chairs that we curated with ! Can’t wait to see what captured too, so much more to come!

Oh honey honey, there’s nothing like a little sweet for the sour! Just a glance at Ada and Kevin’s day shows how combined a hint of lemon with honey for a perfect blend of flavors! Shaking things up with a fresh twist on party favors for this little one’s first birthday bash! Inspired by the whimsical Children’s storybook “The Wonderful Things You Will Be”, we dreamed up a world where these tiny tots become music makers! They were able to create their own magical music with each bang, strum, and shake!
