I just did a vegan graduation yesterday and I made my favorite. The world is flat pizza which has beyond meat, organic tomato base fresh herbs, onions pineapple melted mozzarella.
Also, my VFC fried chicken with Louisiana sauce also vegan version of garlic noodles. and more fun event everybody loved the food

I converted a Polish soup to plantbased. This soup is made with fermented rye flour that you ferment.
The soup is called sour dough soup. It tastes like sour dough bread. I used left over veggies mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus. Its a garlicky soup. Super good for you.

Hi Everyone I will be opening on Friday October 16 at 530 at 1537 4th street San Rafael. This time I will need a creditcard to hold the date. I need at least 40 people to show at a 25 per person min. Last time only 15 showed and it was a loss. I wont charge your card if I dont open. I will be posting the updated fall menu here, next week. contact to reserve is 4153280714. Organic quinoa black beans sauteed and finally chopped onions and mushrooms roasted passila peppers plant based cheese tomatoes avocado cilantro plantain rolled up and dipped in garlic red wine vinaigrette.
