Baked True Cod with Apple Cider Beurre Blanc. Melts in your mouth ! The crunchiness and acidity of the green apple contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of the fish and the sauce. A winner!

I tried basque cheesecake whilst in San Sebastián and Galicia for lunch and dinner as I love it ! none compared to Chef Richard Visconte ! Once you try it you will be hooked ! So good ! And the dulce de leche drizzle gives it the perfect finishing touch ❤️

All the stars aligned yesterday evening for a dinner at Alfa Omega Winery for the Land Trust of Napa County! The weather was perfect! The property gorgeous, wines spectacular and Chef Richard Visconte delivered a delicious menu! A great evening had by all!

Yesterday preparing a chilled spring pea & leek soup with Dungeness crab followed by pan roasted duck breast, ancho Chile cherry sauce, sweet potato puree, broccolini and royal trumpet mushrooms ending with a strawberry panna cotta with fresh strawberries in red wine sauce for international wine critic .suckling 🍷
