my lovely friend Gaella Grace died three years ago as of last night, and I’ve been thinking of her all week. just wanted to share a few pics here to celebrate her bright, ebullient spirit! she was such a community-oriented person, it’s hard to find a pic of her where she’s not surrounded by people. When I was running The Hive Marin, I called her my favorite honeybee, because she put the word out about it wherever she went, encouraging people to come to events or to put on their own.
