Project DNA is a nonprofit corporation whose mission is to create systematic programs to identify people at risk for a hereditary cancer syndrome every time they touch the healthcare system.

Calling all you spooky clowns, circus acts and carousel animals....step right up and be frightened by our Spooky Circus! We were delighted to transform the Portola Hotel and Spa into a night of circus fright! Oversized moving acrobatic clowns, spooky carnival games, and a life sized carousel featuring haunted animals adorned the event. Chainsaw dining tables were just a few of the fun seating options. Centerpieces included bloody cotton candy, creepy balloons, and more.

These days...you don’t have to take the 25 hour flight from California to India....when Illusions of Grandeur can bring India to you! We were delighted to have transformed space into an Indian Delight! Brightly colors abounded, even in the ceiling, complete with silver lanterns. An amazing entrance, photo op, and live floral centerpieces dotted with marigolds continued the color explosion!

This was a fun challenge to convert the driving range at The Quail Lodge in Carmel by the Sea into a Western dinner for 500 guests! "Spoked" lighting mimicked the shape of an old fashioned wagon wheel. Our in house floral department created beautiful western inspired centerpieces using fresh, locally sourced sunflowers and peppers. Customized signage, bandana linens and napkins, and a variety of table shapes and sizes (like our in house 12' market tables) with matching benches rounded out the event.

“The Mexican fiesta paints a colorful picture in our heads.” The Hay Short Golf Course at Pebble Beach Resorts was the site of this interactive, vibrant dinner event. Hedges were decorated with bright paper flowers. A grand Fiesta bar served margaritas, and the 10’ chuck wagon became the buffet table as it was beautifully decorated with a variety of flowers inside bushel baskets. Mexican flags, our new customized hacienda cocktail tables and colorful pillows finished off the look beautifully!

The unique glass sculptures of Dale Chihuly is so inspiring that we've incorporated his work into our event design. Chihuly creates vibrantly colored organic glass creations. Custom printed tables and bars, amber bird nest chairs and our new beautiful glass chandeliers gave the Beach Club an elegant touch.

Step right up and unleash the magic and wonder of the CIRCUS as Illusions of Grandeur transformed a ballroom into a exciting event!

Our decor included a hand built dimensional canon bar, vintage ornate game booths and even a life sized custom built carousel! Lush red and yellow velvet draping created the interior of the "circus tent."

Guests dined at customized circus pedestal tables, magician tables complete with an oversized saw and tables brightly lit with fun circus images!

The vibrant, energetic atmosphere tapped into the guests inner child as a variety of entertainment enhanced the evening...including live circus acts (like jugglers and magicians,) carnival games (like balloon darts and ring toss,) caricature artists, and much more! Those additional aspects of the vendors we brought in and worked with brought the evening to life!

Peacocks are one of the most magnificent birds in the world.

Their striking colors, unique patterns and extravagant feathers made them a symbol of grace and royalty.

Influenced by their incredible beauty is the design inspiration for our event.

Tables and bars include fabulous peacock images. Large floral ceiling pieces, lush teal and royal blue draping surround the ballroom and majestically large peacock sculptures are the highlight of this event.

We brought a little bling to the WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca. The combination of gold accents like our glitter image bar, gold drape, gold urns and cocktail tables, Art Deco tables and beautiful florals created an elegant atmosphere.
