Clay week is always a summer camp favorite! We’ve had a great start to our week today. Campers started off with the basics of pinch pots turning them on their side to make clay monsters!

Born To Be Wild! We launched our 10th season of summer camps at La Dee Da Studio & Events last week. We welcomed some new campers and got to create summer memories with some of our regular families! The new studio has provided us the opportunity to expand our enrollment and offer 4 different classrooms for creating. The studio is buzzing with sweet chatter, organized chaos and lots and lots arts & crafts. Handful of spots are still open this summer if you’re looking to fill some holes in your schedule.

Our fully fenced-in outdoor play area is set up and ready for your kiddos to enjoy over camp! We pride ourselves in keeping our camp days screen free for children to focus on expressing their creativity and utilizing their social skills. We also love having a space for them to run around and use their imagination during breaks!

And that’s a wrap to our sensory art & play sessions. We’ve had just a blast learning our colors, practicing letter sounds, getting messy, experimenting with our hand & feet and exploring our senses.
We will be taking a break for our summer camp season, but will be back again with a brand new session this Fall. Please keep a look out for our new schedule. We’re so excited to add yoga & movement to our toddler curriculum.
Thanks for the sweet memories. This is by far my fav class of all. Can’t wait to design some more creativity and fun for our littles!

Toddlers were back in the house today with our Spring Semester of sensory play and art class
We worked on the letter B for 🦋 and the letter C for 🐛. And of course B for 🎈for our sensory experience. We ended the class with our beautiful sensory bins and talked about how our caterpillars turned into butterflies! .

It’s been just 2 weeks since we signed the lease to our new studio space. Thank you all for reaching out over texts, DM’s and email! we’ve had such an amazing run at our current studio, but unfortunately, we simply ran out of space! After 10 years of doing what we love to do, we are ready to offer a whole lot more to our community!
We have slowly started transitioning, but still have a long ways to go with the move. Especially because we still have active programming and a packed month of events at our current place.
We will officially open our doors to our new studio space starting April 1 with our Spring Break camps. We can’t wait!!!! Stay tuned for info on our grand opening and open house celebrations coming in mid April.

This still holds true!!! Folks if you haven’t heard, is growing and we’re moving to a beautiful new studio just 2 doors down! We will be at our new location starting April 1, 2024.
To me, art education isn’t about ‘boxed projects’ available at any craft or hobby store. It’s about letting children explore through process-driven art and open-ended projects. I believe it is essential to let children learn through play and let their mind and imagination guide them to make creative decisions. I strongly believe that it is the process of open art exploration at a very young age can guide true artistic development, as children get older.

Hello Friends,
We have some very exciting news to share! After 10 years of creating absolute M A G I C at our sweet studio space, the time has come to expand and grow!
La Dee Da is moving into a beautiful new 3100 sq ft studio space that’s bigger and better, but filled with the same amount of love, magic and creativity that you’re accustomed to. We are so very humbled by the continued support from our community that led to this decision and we truly could not have done it without you! We will be slowly transitioning into our new space and will open our doors with our Spring Break Camp season starting April 1st, 2024.
