After months of training, hundreds if not thousands of breads made first from sourdough Craig Jr. then sourdough Claire Jr, I am so happy to announce that I finally understood the process of sourdough baking.
What a wonderful therapy!

What a wonderful day!
I have learned so much about chocolate today than ever at Chelsea Chocolates, the best Belgian hand crafted chocolates and truffles in Canada.
Thanks to Laurie Thompson and her wonderful team. They were super nice and friendly. They showed me The Art of making artisanal chocolate. I am so honored to learn from the bests and truly grateful by their kindness!
