🎃 Happy Halloween! I love seeing everyone’s creativity shine during this time of year. From custom costumes to carved pumpkins, it’s all about imagination! My 5-year-old was thrilled to use the carving tools by himself this year—check out his “Hulk” pumpkin on the left!

🎨✨ Birthday Paint Party Alert! 🎨✨

I had the absolute honor of helping a creative girl celebrate her special day with a paint party! She chose the Aurora Borealis as her inspiration painting. She and her friends did an amazing job bringing it to life on canvas. 🌌✨

The young artists—and even some of the parents who joined in—made the experience unforgettable. Watching their talent and creativity shine was a joy! 🖌️💫

We'll be creating a Magical Winter Wonderland with Santa flying across the night sky. 🎅✨

Remember, Santa's sleigh and reindeer will be done using a stencil, so if you were hoping to paint a large Christmas tree instead, feel free to join us! I will guide you through painting some festive trees, and you can always choose to make one big, beautiful Christmas tree in place of a field of smaller ones. This is the beauty of starting off with a blank canvas!

Week 1 of Art Club Recap! 🎨

Our first week was filled with laughter and creativity as we kicked off a two-week project. One of my favorite parts of working with the youth is their fearless spirit.

As Mrs. Frizzle says, they’re never afraid to “Take Chances, Make Mistakes, and Get Messy!” Looking forward to seeing how unique each painting will come out next week!

🎄✨ Only 10 weeks until Christmas, and this group of jolly friends couldn’t wait to celebrate! Last Sunday, we kicked off the holiday spirit by painting frosty Christmas trees. Everyone did an amazing job learning a creative technique using a fan brush and adding their own creative twists to the snowy scene. It was a fantastic way to embrace the season together! 🌟

Welcome to watercolor week! Our younge artist explored the whimsical world of water color paint. They learned a wet on wet technique. This gives the paint the boundary’s of a puddle but the freedom to blend and bleed as if the paint has a mind of its own. This process can be both liberating and challenging at times. As always I am incredibly proud of these young artists for their willingness to explore new techniques across various mediums.

Have you ever noticed that my art apron is cow spotted? Some of you may know I have a slight obsession with cows 😍🐮

I was beyond excited to find out that My Suitcase Dreams was hosting today’s small buisness woman event at LynnDare Farms at Arrowhead Arena of Lillington! It was a lovely rustic-chic farm with some amazing animals.

I met so many new empowering small buisness woman and got to reconnect with other familiar ones.
