Today I’m making Pork Belly Burnt Ends and a Pork Loin…..not typical for me are the rubs. I went to Gentry’s BBQ General Store yesterday and Chris showed me his stuff and gave me an idea of what to use based of what i was looking for. For the pork belly, I went with . Im VERY excited to rested these burnt ends with this rub!!! The cinnamon heat finish is crazy!!!! For the Pork Loin I chose the smoked paprika in this one with the heat finish is gonna be 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Really have enjoyed baking the last couple days….here’s another attempt at a Jack Skellington Pumpkin Pie…fist full size pie I’ve ever baked. Learned a few things. Planning my next one!!!
